BACOLOD City – An illegal possession of firearm complaint may be filed against a resident of Barangay Alangilan.
Police arrested the 51-year-old Rogelio Magbanua around 10 p.m. on Aug. 30.
Magbanua was creating alarm and scandal while wielding a .357-caliber revolver loaded with four live bullets, a police report showed.
Officers hauled Magbanua to the custodial facility of Police Station 5./PN
