BACOLOD City – Accused of pointing a gun at another man, an 18-year-old resident of Barangay Singcang-Airport was arrested yesterday.
Marvin Gustilo was detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 1.
He was facing an illegal possession of firearm and ammunition charge.
Milky Basinal of Barangay Bata complained to the police that Gustilo threatened to shoot him while they were in Barangay 11.
Gustilo fled but pursuing officers arrested him later, a police report showed.
A pen gun loaded with a bullet for a .38 revolver was seized from him, the report stated./PN
