BACOLOD City – A buy-bust operation staged by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Police Station 1 Drug Enforcement Unit in Barangay 39 caught a high-value drug target.
Dindo Barsilio of Silay City, Negros Occidental sold shabu to an undercover officer for P500, a police report showed.
Recovered from Barsilio were six sachets of shabu and a .38-caliber firearm loaded with six live bullets.
Barsilio was detained at the Police Sation 1 lockup facility and charged with violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
