BACOLOD City – Charged with child abuse, a man was arrested in Barangay 3, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Dabi De Ysasi, 34, of Barangay Palayog, Hinigaran, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9 p.m. on July 15.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental dated Jan.8, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Hinigaran municipal police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
