BACOLOD City – Human skeletons were found in Sitio Mantulungan, Barangay Refugio, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Josmae Lozada, 25, of Barangay Bagonbon, San Carlos City claimed the remains were those of her husband Ezekiel, 28, of Barangay Maaslob, Calatrava who was reported missing on Oct. 10 last year.
The bones were found around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4. Refugio barangay captain Alfredo Layague Jr. told the police about it.
Police were investigating the discovery as of this writing./PN
