FOR MOST of March, I dealt with the idea that I lost my house in America.
(Well, and got a quarter million dollars in my pocket!)
If I am to invent a mental health issue, it would be something like a postpartum depression.
But I’m not into that drama.
I love my life. I totally love my life!

Still, to amuse myself, I continue to “trigger” netizens with my usual provocative flair.
I’m playing to kids, of course, but they are so delicious in their youthful arrogance.
I like turning them on to their “ranter and keyboard warrior” modes.

Of course, I’m also hoping that some people can pick up some enlightenment.
But it’s social media, and it’s 2021 already, so I don’t have very high expectations.
I’d rather just have fun.
I mean, the world could end in my lifetime, so what’s a little I-don’t-give-a-shit attitude from me, eh?

So it makes me wonder, bobo ba talaga ang mga ito, o talaga lang na gusto nilang ipahiya ang kanilang ethno-linguistic group? (Clue: Bisaya-sounding sila kung nanglilibak sa akin.)

Naiintindihan ba nila ang sinasabi ko, o pinipili lang nila ang mga trigger words? Bakit kasi gusto nilang ma-trigger? Bakit sila high blood sa mga incontestable truths na sinasabi ko? Bakit kasi gusto kong mang-trigger?

Pandemic pa kasi. I can’t travel much pa. But with the vaccines in sight, I will soon be back to my great Hakuna Matata lifestyle. Meanwhile, I love engaging people online. Especially the Filipino youth.

Kung sa socmed nga ang labanan ng mga ideas ngayon, I will fight my war against Stupidity here. Hindi pa ako sure kung fully invested ako para labanan ang Kabobohan. It’s really a big problem worldwide.

Who knows? When the world gets better, I might just go traveling & enjoying things that my money can buy. You know, just let stupids rot stupidly in their stupidity. Mabulok ang mga dugyot. Haha. Wala namang kita at pera in helping these ungrateful brats to wisdom and maturity.

But I like challenging stupid minds. ‘Yong dahil bastos sila at walang-galang, binabastos ko sila at winawalang-hiya online. And I always come out triumphant. And I like coming out victorious. It shows how artfully skillful I am with words. I’m the real word-artist here!

Wala sa vocabulario ko to be the “better loser.” I always want to be the greatest winner. Kung kailangan bastusin ko sila to get their attention, and for me to win the day, I will do it. Walang moralidad ang art ko. It’s either I do it very well, or I don’t do it at all. Tagos ako kung makainsulto. Triggered ang mga bobo!

Wala rin akong respeto sa mga nagmamabuti o nagpapaka-bigger person o acting “educated” na wala namang ginagawa o pakialam sa mga “lost souls” na ito who think their youthful arrogance can lead to their better lives. (Educated people, your education should help shape a better world! Destroy it — if necessary, to create a better one!)

Itaga n’yo sa bato: Ang hambog na mga kabataang ito, in 10 years time, dugyot at dukha pa rin kung hindi sila magbabago ng attitudes nila. Let them face the real world. Tingnan natin kung ilan sa kanila ang magiging successful. O kahit man lang makatanggap ng minimum wage.

I’m so proud to be 52 years old. Ang dami kong alam so that people can really learn from me if they want to. The great thing is, I have my feet both in the old and new world, both in this century and in the past century, both in real life and on the internet. I know the games of the new generation, and the battles of the past.

Malinaw naman na kabataan ang gustong makipag-argue sa akin. Wala naman kasing iba na pumapansin sa kanila. (Papansin din sila, you know.) Pero wala pong edad ang kabobohan. Kung youthfulness at murang edad lang ang excuse n’yo, shut your traps, idiots!

Listen and learn. Matuto muna bago mag-comment. Hindi na magku-comment muna hoping na iwawasto kayo. ‘Wag akong daanin sa “Sana, turuan na lang ang nagkasala sa maayos na paraan. Using ‘nice’ words.” Ulol! Sinong tanga ang nagpauso n’yan? The world doesn’t work that way. Gumawa ka ng kasalanan, sesante ka, kulong, outside the kulambo!

But you see, unlike most old people, and unlike most young people, I have the widest perspective. Cosmopolitan, global, evolutionary ang worldview ko. It’s so wide na sakop ko lahat ng narrow generational perspectives ninyo. You have generation gaps; I don’t. I see these so-called gaps and understand them only so well. I know how to bridge the gaps!
