BACOLOD City – He was hungry that’s why he took the bread, a security guard in a mall in this city told the police.
He was the 23-year-old Jundel Melgar of Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Mall supervisor Emmanuel Tagulalac filed a complaint at the Police Station 1 after mall merchandiser Mike Dusaran accused Melgar of stealing bread at the delivery area of the mall on Monday.
Officers from Police Station 1 arrested Melgar. He was detained at the police station’s lockup facility./PN
