BACOLOD City – A boat and fishing paraphernalia were seized from a man suspected to have violated the illegal fishing ordinance in Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
Alejandro Jordan, 33, a resident of Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental was taken to the police station.
While patrolling around 10:25 p.m. on July 14, police said they spotted Jordan fishing in the municipal waters.
The confiscations were valued at P350,000./PN
