ILOILO City – Facing rape charges, a resident of Barangay 3, Poblacion, Igbaras, Iloilo was arrested by police on Wednesday.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of Wilfredo Evalle, police said.
He was taken to the municipal police station around 10:30 a.m./PN
