BACOLOD City – In Barangay Delicioso, Ilog, Negros Occidental, a 43-year-old man was found dead in a deep well.
Police identified the man as Bonifacio Gonzales of Kabankalan City.
Initial investigation showed Gonzales was cleaning and digging a hole in the deep well before he died.
Roger Gardose Macaya, a 41-year-old resident of Barangay 1, Ilog, found the body at around 3 p.m. on Feb. 21.
Gonzales was taken to the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan where he was pronounced dead./PN
