BACOLOD City – Charged with 14 counts of falsification of private documents, a 35-year-old man was caught in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Jojo Pacaoncis, a resident of Barangay 1, Ilog, Negros Occidental, was nabbed Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Enrique Maria Santiago Barcelona of the Municipal Trial Court in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental on Jan. 16, 2021.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P1,000 bail bond for each count of the charge against Pacaoncis./PN
