BACOLOD City – The Regional Trial Court Branch 40 set no bail bond for the temporary liberty of 46-year-old Arnie Rodrigues of Barangay Purisima, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
The Manapla police caught him on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Refugio, Manapla around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 18.
Rodrigues was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station./PN
