BACOLOD City – A man was killed while three others were injured after a motorcycle crash on the national road in Barangay Dancalan, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
Chief Inspector Nerito Lobrido, head of the Ilog municipal police, identified the fatality as the 38-year-old Ramil Padilla of Barangay Vista Alegre, Ilog.
Padilla was driving a motorcycle with Godofredo Cuenca, 41, on board when they crashed against another motorcycle with the 27-year-old Aljun Pagapulan of Barangay Banga, Candoni as driver and Raffy Gamboa as back rider at around 6 p.m. on Oct. 24, a police report showed.
Padilla sustained head and body injuries and was rushed to the Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”
Cuenca, Pagapulan and Gamboa were brought to the same hospital for treatment./PN
