ILOILO City – The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) arrested two of the city’s most wanted persons during separate manhunt operations conducted on July 17.
At around 11:15 a.m., operatives from the Iloilo City Mobile Force Company apprehended a child in conflict with the law (CICL) alias “Kyle” in Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro district. Listed as Iloilo City’s No. 3 most wanted person, Kyle was arrested under warrants issued on July 14, 2026 by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) – Branch 5 for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
The CICL was turned over to appropriate authorities for proper disposition under Republic Act 9344 (Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act), as amended.
Later that evening at around 6:50 p.m., officers from Iloilo City Police Station 7 served a warrant of arrest against alias “Ruben,” 32, listed as the city’s No. 4 most wanted person, at the Iloilo City District Jail–Male Dormitory in Barangay Ungka, Jaro, where he is currently detained.
Ruben was the subject of the warrant for the Special Complex Crime of Robbery with Rape, issued by the RTC-Branch 35 on July 17, 2026, with no bail recommended.
“These accomplishments demonstrate that our police units remain focused, coordinated, and responsive in implementing court-issued warrants.
