ILOILO City – A drunken man was arrested for illegal possession of firearm in Barangay Amerang, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
The 46-year-old resident Jorge Redome was nabbed after creating a commotion around 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 16, a police report showed.
Police seized a 12-gauge shotgun with magazine and a knife from Redome’s possession.
Redome was detained in the lockup cell of the Cabatuan police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
