BACOLOD City – Charged with murder and attempted murder, two men in Isabela, Negros Occidental were arrested.

They were the 32-year-old Carlo Paolo Javellana and the 30-year-old Ronnie Lames Jr., a police report showed.

Javellana and Lames are the No. 2 and No. 3 most wanted persons, respectively, in Isabela, police said.

Joint elements of the Negros Occidental Mobile Force Company led by Senior Inspector Joseph Partidas and the Isabela police station led by Chief Inspector Ruben Pajarito arrested Javellana and Lames on Thursday, the report stated.

Judge CyclaminJison Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City issued arrest warrants against Javellana and Lames on June 20, 2016.

The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for Javellana and Lames’ attempted murder charge and recommended no bail bond for their murder charge.

Javellana and Lames were detained at the Isabela police station lockup facility./PN
