ILOILO City – After more than a year of searching, police in Janiuay, Iloilo arrested one of the most wanted persons in the town.
Niel Zandro Espesor, 28, of Barangay Jibolo, Janiuay was detained at the municipal police station lockup cell.
Charged with a drug offense, he was No. 8 in the local police’s most wanted persons’ list.
Officers served Espesor an arrest warrant at a videoke bar in Barangay Gines, Janiuay around 5 p.m. on July 21, a police report showed.
Judge Victor Gelveson of the Regional Trial Court Branch 36 issued the warrant and did not grant the suspect bail./PN
