ILOILO City – Jealousy apparently drove a woman to hack her senior citizen husband in Barangay Bacjawan Norte, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Tagged suspect was 48-year-old Gloria Quendaw.
Her husband Carreon, 67, sustained a hack wound on the left ear.
According to the police, the couple had an argument around 4:20 p.m. on March 8. Gloria accused the victim of having a mistress which the latter denied.
Carreon received immediate treatment.
Gloria, meanwhile, was brought to the Concepcion police station. A frustrated homicide charge will be filed against her./PN
