BACOLOD City – “Jealousy and grudge” caused a man to kill another in Barangay Nabalian, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, police said.
Roberto Arsenal, 50, had multiple stab wounds.
He was declared dead at the Gov. Valeriano Gatuslao Memorial District Hospital in Himamaylan City around 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
His attacker — Romeo Salonga, 42 — surrendered to the police and now detained.
It was not immediately clear what their alleged conflict was about./PN
