Kathryn Bernardo set to make TV comeback

DREAMSCAPE Entertainment sparked excitement among Kathryn Bernardo’s fans as the production company announced its upcoming TV project with the actress.

“The wait is over. SHE IS BACK AND READY,” Dreamscape, the production unit of ABS-CBN, said on its Instagram page on Friday, Aug. 22, showing a clip of Bernardo getting glammed up for a photoshoot. “The Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo, is now ready for her grandest comeback with Dreamscape Entertainment,” it added.

Further details on the project have yet to be revealed as of this writing, with the production company only teasing that it is “coming soon.”

In a separate post, the Kapamilya network noted that this will mark Bernardo’s reunion with Dreamscape after her hit 2010 TV series “Mara Clara.”

Bernardo’s last TV series was “2 Good 2 Be True” which premiered in 2022. She had other TV projects including her judging stint on the reality competition “Pilipinas Got Talent” (PGT) season 7 earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Bernardo’s previous big-screen projects include her 2023 film “A Very Good Girl” and “Hello, Love, Again” (2024), which emerged as the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

Aside from her upcoming Dreamscape TV series, Bernardo is also set to headline a “queenly” project alongside fellow actress Nadine Lustre. (Anne Pasajol © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
