ILOILO City – Charged with illegal detention and kidnapping, a resident of Barangay Poblacion SE Zone, Lemery, Iloilo was arrested.
Gerry Barniego, 35, was detained at the Lemery police station custodial facility at around 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police arrested him on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Nelita Jesusa Bacaling of the Regional Trial Court Branch 67.
Judge Bacaling recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
