BACOLOD City – Charged with child abuse, a man was arrested in Barangay III, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
He was the 23-year-old Justin Salva of Barangay Haguimit, La Carlota City, a police report showed.
Salva was caught on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 issued on July 25.
He was detained at the La Carlota City police station lockup facility.
The court recommended an P80,000 bail bond for Salva’s temporary liberty./PN
