ILOILO City – A drug pushing suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Baldoza, La Paz here.
The 28-year-old Cesar Cañesares initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P2,000, police said.
Six more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at P13,600 were recovered from his possession around 7:30 p.m. on April 25.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the La Paz police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
