ILOILO City – A drunken neighbor harassed them, a woman from Barangay Railway, La Paz district claimed.
Ellen Arcayan, 37, reported to the police that Kenneth Tondo “orally defamed” her, her husband and their driver.
A police report described Tondo as a local in his mid-20s.
After the alleged verbal attack at around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 17, Arcayan said Tondo hurled a bottle of Red Horse beer at them and punched her husband but missed, the police report stated.
Arcayan called the police but Tondo was no longer around when the responding patrol officer arrived.
More than an hour later, at 9 p.m., Tondo passed by their area and berated them again, Arcayan told the police.
Tondo cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
Police referred the dispute to the barangay lupon./PN
