ILOILO City – A 23-year-old man was accused of “unjust vexation.”
Around 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Jose Marco Pineda was spotted smashing an empty bottle in front of a tanod outpost in Barangay Gustilo, La Paz district.
Concerned citizens Alizier Maglayon, 41, and Nian Majaque , 37, both residents of Barangay Gustilo, alerted the police.
Pineda was also a resident of the barangay Gustilo. Responding policemen detained him at the La Paz police station for “unjust vexation.”/PN
