ILOILO City – A laborer received immediate treatment after being hacked in Barangay Calang, Dueñas, Iloilo.
Resident Arnulfo Eno, 25, sustained multiple hack wounds to the body, police said.
The suspect was 45-year-old Romy Palmares.
According to the police, Palmares was on his way home around 9 p.m. on April 17 when he met Eno.
Palmares claimed Eno bullied him.
Eno was recuperating at the Don Valerio Palmares Sr. Memorial District Hospital in Passi City, Iloilo.
Palmares, meanwhile, turned himself in to the Dueñas police station./PN
