BACOLOD City – In Barangay 12, a 34-year-old man was arrested for committing acts of lasciviousness.
Police served Rheymund Flores a warrant of arrest around 5:20 p.m. on March 1.
Flores – resident of Barangay 14 – was charged with “acts of lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610,” or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
He was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
