BACOLOD City – Police arrested three wanted persons in Bago City.
Twins Benjie and Erwin Martir, both 33 years old, were caught in Barangay Lag-asan on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Herminigildo Octaviano of the Municipal Trial Court on Oct. 9.
The Martirs were accused of less physical injuries, the warrant stated.
The court recommended a P2,000 bail bond for each of them.
On the other hand, the 59-year-old Pablito Jagocoy of Barangay Taloc was arrested for alleged theft.
Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Bago City issued him an arrest warrant and recommended a bail bond of P20,000./PN
