The team is set to complete its 20-man roster from the participants of the tryout on Friday at the City of Passi Arena and yesterday at the Puerto Real Gymnasium in La Paz, Iloilo.

Meanwhile, incoming Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Trenas has recently thrown his support on the Iloilo United Royals and has promised to be present in home matches of the squad.

“Mayor Jerry Trenas will support the team when there is a home game scheduled in Iloilo,” said Dexter Dy, Royals’ head recruiter for Western Visayas. “He said that he will try his best to be present and personally cheer for the team.”/PN
