BACOLOD City – Suspected illegal drugs valued at around P54,400 were seized from a 19-year-old man in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Raffy Oyanib initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P500, police said.
Five more sachets were recovered from his possession around 4:10 p.m. on Feb. 27.
Oyanib was detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
