ILOILO City – A 22-year-old man died of electrocution in Barangay Igang, Pototan, Iloilo.
He was identified as Raffy Bagsain of Banate, Iloilo, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Bagsain was cutting grasses near their house when he accidently touched a live wire attached to an electric motor around 9 a.m. on Monday.
Bagsain sustained burns on the body. He was rushed to the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan but was declared dead.
Officers of the municipal police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
