BACOLOD City – A rape complaint was filed against a resident of Barangay Taculing, police said.
He was the 31-year-old Denis Libusada.
Senior Police Officer 4 Arlene Torendon, officer-in-charge of the Women and Children Protection Desk of the Bacolod City Police Office, said Libusada was accused of raping a 6-year-old girl around 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 9.
Torendon said the girl was subjected to a medical examination yesterday.
Libasuda was arrested and currently detained at the Police Station 6 lockup facility.
Rape charges against Libasuda will be filed, Torendon said./PN
