ILOILO City – A man charged with homicide failed to attend his court hearing and was thus arrested in Barangay Lupa, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
From his house, Eugene Palermo, 42, was taken to the Santa Barbara police station on Nov. 19.
He was ordered arrested by the court on the strength of a bench warrant.
Palermo did not resist arrest, according to the Santa Barbara policemen who served the bench warrant./PN
