ILOILO City – A 19-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Camambugan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
Personnel of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines caught him stealing a 100-meter electrical wire connecting to a lamp post, a police report showed.
The suspect, Jessie Mar Ilegan of Barangay Inangayan, Santa Barbara, was taken to the municipal police station around 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
He would be facing theft charges, police said./PN
