BACOLOD City – A man charged with “multiple attempted murder” was arrested in Purok Alimatoc, Barangay Celestino Villacin, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Fifty-year-old Julieto Valiente, a resident of the village, was caught around 10 a.m. on Oct. 11.
He had been hiding for 15 years, police said.
Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 recommended P120,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Valiente was detained at the Sagay City police station./PN
