BACOLOD City – Five sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mansilingan.
The 31-year-old Ron Calderon, a resident of the village, yielded the prohibited substance.
Antidrug operatives of Police Station 5 carried out the entrapment that led to Calderon’s arrest around 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 25.
Aside from suspected shabu, a P500 marked money and drug paraphernalia were also seized.
The suspect was detained and charged for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
