BACOLOD City – Police caught a 35-year-old man engaging in illegal gambling in Barangay Bacuyangan, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental.
Wilmar Elmo was nabbed around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 25, police said.
Recovered from his possession were a slot machine used in the gambling activity and P255 gambling money, the police added.
Elmo was detained in the Hinoba-an municipal police station lockup facility, facing charges./PN
