The most-awaited grand coronation night of Miss Teen Iloilo 2016 was finally witnessed last January 5, 2017 at SM City Cinema 6, with full house supporters and friends of this year’s group of prettier and towering Ilonggo teens in attendance. It just get better, more exciting, and at the same time prestigious as this year’s lovely ladies are all wit, intelligent, charming, elegant, and are all advocates of very timely and relevant topics facing the teens of today. Miss Teen Iloilo is more than just a beauty pageant. It is the premiere province-wide search for a youth role model who believes in the importance of the preservation of the environment, promote Philippine cultural heritage and has in-depth knowledge of today’s youth concerns. This is the second year that this event is organized by Pinanubli Org., Inc., an association of young professionals coming from different fields of interest and are gathered for one common passion.
January 2017 is a refreshing start especially for Panay News and its avid readers, valued clients, and long-time supporters as it is requested to cover and uncover series of beauty pageants from Miss Teen Iloilo, Miss Dinagyang, and for the very first time in history, the Miss Universe Swimwear competition in Cebu on January 17, 2017. It is truly an honor to be part of such a prestigious event and bring the Universe crown closer to the region that defines Panay News. It is worthy to note as well that an Ilonggo beauty with its wit, intelligence, charm, grace and courage can advocate for changes that are of national and international in scope and significance.
