BACOLOD City – A 50-year-old woman died after a motorcycle hit her in Barangay Maluay, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental.
Rosemenia Nemiño of Barangay Napacao, Siaton town was taken to the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital in Dumaguete City around 5:45 a.m. on Wednesday.
She died a few hours later, around 1 p.m., her son Jharel told the Zambaonguita police station.
Nemiño was crossing a highway when the motorcycle driven by Rey Alodo, 28, accidently hit her, police said.
Alodo told the police the victim fell on the pavement and got wounded./PN
