BACOLOD City – A murder suspect was arrested in Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
The 39-year-old Jun Rey Valdimar was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:30 a.m. on June 12, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Nilo Sarsaba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Himamaylan City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
