BACOLOD City – From his house, a man charged with murder was taken to the police station of Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Police served a warrant of arrest to 56-year-old Lowie Bordadora around 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 8.
Judge Renato Muñez, then Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City, Negros Occidental) ordered the suspect’s arrest.
Bordadora had been hiding for 28 years, according to the police./PN
