BACOLOD City – A drug suspect in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental had been arrested.
Abner Plana, 45, of Barangay Zone 4, Cadiz City was No. 5 in the local police’s watch list of drug personalities.
Plana yielded nine sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
Officers led by Inspector Alfred Garcia, deputy Cadiz City police chief, caught Plana around 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday.
The suspect was detained at the Cadiz City police station’s lockup cell and charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
