BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The 52-year-old Jorge Balboa is facing qualified rape charges, police said.
He was caught around 1 p.m. on March 1.
