BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Barangay Robles, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
The 26-year-old Ruben Andigan is facing rape charges, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:50 a.m. on March 23.
Joint operatives of the Negros Occidental Provincial Mobile Force Company, Police Regional Office 6’s Mobile Force Battalion, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Bacolod City, La Castellana police station, and the Bago City police station served Andigan’s warrant.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Bago City police station./PN
