ANTIQUE – A 68-year-old man died in a vehicular accident around 4:52 p.m. on Monday, August 5, in Barangay Igbonglo, San Jose town.
Motorcycle driver Venancio Alamis, a resident of Barangay Concepcion, Belison town, sustained fatal head injury. He was declared dead on arrival at Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital by the attending physician.
His backrider and live-in partner, Norey Alejandro, 50, sustained injuries in the different parts of her body. She was recuperating at the same hospital.
According to the investigation of the San Jose Municipal Police Station, the victims were heading to home when their motorcycle accidentally crashed into an electric post./PN
