ILOILO City – An illegal possession of firearm and ammunition charge may be filed against a resident of Oton, Iloilo.
Police arrested Jezrael Zulueta, 26.
Joselito Aiman complained to the police Zulueta trained a gun at him at Chiell Refreshment Café in Barangay Malagyan, Miag-ao town at 1:20 a.m. yesterday.
Zulueta failed to show pertinent documents proving his legal ownership of the .9mm Beretta pistol and the magazine with eight live bullets that officers seized from him after his arrest, a police report stated.
Zulueta was detained at the Miag-ao police station./PN
