BACOLOD City – Shabu worth P150,000 was recovered from a man in Purok Kagaykay, Barangay 2, a police report showed.

Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, commander of Police Station 2, identified the man as the 35-year-old resident Norman Reboton.

Reboton – a street-level drug target – was caught after police recovered from his possession five sachets of shabu on Thursday, the report stated.

A weighing scale and cash proceeds believed to be from illegal drug transactions were also seized from Reboton.

Reboton was detained at the Police Station 2 lockup facility and  facing charges for violation of sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
