ROXAS City – Two Grade 6 pupils were caught doing lascivious acts in their classroom in Barangay Dayao around 9 a.m. yesterday.
Their teacher, who refused to be named, caught them doing this in front of their classmates. Both pupils were 14 years old.
The pupils were called at the principal’s office.
This prompted the school administrator to call for an orientation on violence against women and children for pupils and parents in separate venues on Aug. 18.
“Children of families who live in a house with a very tiny space and no separate rooms sometimes become victims of sexual assault,” the teacher said./PN
