BACOLOD City – He allegedly sold illegal drugs.
The 34-year-old Willie Dingcong was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Dingcong – resident of the village – was caught after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 5:25 p.m. on Feb. 7, police said.
When frisked, seven more sachets of suspected illegal drugs were recovered from him.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
