ILOILO City – He allegedly sold shabu to a poseur-buyer in Barangay Lantangan, Pontevedra, Capiz.
Resident Elmer Dayao was arrested around 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 30, a police report showed.
Antidrug personnel of the municipal police station caught him after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000, it added.
When frisked, three more sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from the suspect.
Dayao was detained in the lockup cell of the Pontevedra police station.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
